Subscriptions:

Historically Hockey New Zealand affiliation fees were incorporated into your subscriptions and then paid to Hockey New Zealand via Canterbury Hockey. This year, Hockey New Zealand affiliation fees have been incorporated into PlayHQ and must be paid on registration, ie cannot be deferred or paid separately to Marist Hockey. This change is outside the control of Marist Hockey Club.

All players must be registered in PlayHQ before they can play.

Hockey New Zealand affiliation fees are age based and are in addition to your club subscription as follows:

If you also play for your school, you only need to pay one Hockey New Zealand affiliation fee. On the second registration, the fee will not be charged.

Given Hockey New Zealand affiliation fees are paid separately, our subscriptions have been adjusted accordingly. Our adjusted subscriptions also reflect a small increase in affiliation fees paid to Canterbury Hockey.

Discounted subscriptions are available to 31st of May.

To pay the club subscriptions, you can:

· Use the Defer Payment option in PlayHQ if you are going to pay your own fees in full but wish to do so at a later date. A reminder will be sent on the 31st May requesting payment with a secure link.

· If someone else is going to pay your fees or wish to pay in instalments, please – use Pay Today option and use the credit to bank account drop down. If paying by instalments, please email maristhockeyfinance@gmail.com  to advise.

Payment options are credit or debit card via PlayHQ (for Subscriptions and Affiliation Fee) or credit to Marist bank account (Subscriptions only).
